Your account won't log in
If your account won't log in, this may be because of several reasons.
1. Your device has no internet.
IPTV needs a constant, steady stream of internet in order to work.
Apps such as Netflix etc may still be working, but your IPTV app does not. This is because Netflix etc restart your firesticks connection when the apps start, and it uses flash files which are tiny compared to IPTV.
Restarting your internet and your Firestick can help with this issue.
2. Your account has expired
A lot of the time, people forget when they bought their IPTV Account.
If your internet is fine, then maybe your account has expired.
If you know your username, message admin, and they will check your account has not expired.

3. You're not typing your username and password in correctly
If your account has NOT expired and you have done a restart. And the server is fine (check the support group for issues) then before you contact an Admin make sure your username and password is entered correctly.
Your details should be entered exactly as they were sent to you.
Capital letters are important. If you're not 100% sure where the capital letters are, you can use a website to check Check here
